The front desk workers I have had are borderline rude, the kings size beds are undersized and are comparable to sleeping on a futon, no cable TV only local channels with spotty reception and the pool hours are ridiculous for a 'resort and spa' experience.
I have stayed several times expecting it to get better but it doesn't. Aliante appears very nice when you arrive and the front entrance valet greeters make you feel welcomed but the experience ends there.
